Reflecting on the remarkable journey so far, it has been over a year since I commenced my tenure in the family enterprise, working closely with my father and the company's founder, Rakesh Kumar Jorra. Embracing a progressive approach, my aim has been to enhance the business's value proposition.
Upon my initial immersion in the business realm, I observed a notable absence of online promotional efforts. Consequently, I assumed the mantle of spearheading the digital marketing initiatives. The inaugural step involved the conception and launch of a company website, followed by a strategic expansion into the global market, targeting specific countries through Google advertising campaigns. The rapid and positive response within a week underscored the transformative potential of the digital landscape.
Subsequently, I diversified our promotional strategies by enlisting the company on prominent B2B e-commerce platforms. This strategic move significantly bolstered our outreach and facilitated valuable connections with a broader clientele base, both locally and internationally.
In tandem with brand promotion, I assumed the role of a proactive sales representative, engaging in targeted outreach efforts including cold emailing and direct calls to prospective clients. Despite an initial period of uncertainty and minimal response, the breakthrough moment arrived with the acquisition of our first client. Since then, my dedication to brand promotion has remained steadfast and unwavering.
Looking ahead, my focus is on exploring innovative, efficient manufacturing processes through continuous research and networking. The overarching objective is to position the company as a leader in our sector, introducing superior products to the market and achieving sustained growth.
